National Club Development Program

In early 2026, Rugby Australia will release the National Club Development Program, which will support the development of strong, healthy and sustainable Rugby clubs.

The program provides touchpoints with a variety of areas of club development including:

• Governance
• Strategy & planning
• Recruitment & retention
• Volunteer management
• Financial practices
• Marketing
• Rugby offerings
• Member engagement
• Environments

The program will be open to all community Rugby clubs across all state bodies.
