This Recruitment and Retention Handbook developed by NSW RU contains;
- A suggested template for an annual recruitment and retention plan
- A 'shopping list' of ideas that relate to this plan
- Research into why people participate in sport and the key barriers / drivers
- Additional ideas / strategies and who they appeal to matching the research
Your local Rugby Development Officer may also be there to assist you in preparing your plan, linking into other organisations and support structures, and to executing specific parts of the strategy.
