An active volunteer group is critical to the success of any Rugby club. Managing and supporting those volunteers is critical to the effective running of the club, but also the enjoyment and ongoing support of those volunteers.

Developing and implementing a volunteer management plan, or similar, helps ensure volunteers are managed and supported appropriately, they are clear on their roles and responsibilities, and ultimately are suitably recognised and appreciated for the work that they do.
