Governance
Governance is the first step in running your Rugby club. It is responsible for the leadership, direction, expectations and culture of your club.
Good governance is important for multiple reasons:
- Attracts and retains members
- Supports club direction, growth and development
- Provides a springboard for on-field success
- Provides an example for the rest of the club
- Reduces risks and maximises opportunities
- Is attractive to funding partners and potential sponsors
